Privacy Policy

The Creative Workbench (“TCW”) is a private creative productivity application. This policy explains how TCW handles information when Google Calendar integration is enabled.
Google Calendar data accessed
TCW requests read-only access to the Google Calendar information needed to list calendars and read events from calendars selected for use with the application. TCW does not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events.
How Calendar information is used
Selected Calendar information is used only to provide schedule context and creative-availability features within TCW. Google Calendar information is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with advertisers.
Authorization and credentials
Google OAuth authorization is used to connect TCW to Google Calendar. Authorization credentials are stored for the purpose of maintaining the requested Calendar connection. TCW does not display OAuth access or refresh tokens to users as application content.
Storage and sharing
TCW is designed as a private application. Calendar information obtained through Google APIs is used for the application's user-facing features and is not sold to third parties. Access is limited to the functionality necessary to provide the Calendar integration.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
Google Calendar access can be disconnected from within TCW. Access may also be revoked through the user's Google Account permissions. Revoking or disconnecting access prevents TCW from making future authorized Calendar requests until the integration is authorized again.
Google API Services User Data Policy
TCW's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as TCW develops or its integrations change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
